  • Product Overview

Intelligent gas meter is a new generation of centralized reading gas meter terminal. It is applicable to the flow measurement of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, artificial gas and other gases. It integrates gas meter metering, remote reading and monitoring. The meter has the characteristics of high reliability, high accuracy and low power consumption.

Type YW-TW intelligent gas meter based on the IoT adopts LoRaWAN/CAT.1 wireless transmission technology. Automatically upload gas consumption data to the application platform to realize remote monitoring of gas meter usage status. It solves the problems of the traditional gas meter, such as the difficulty of over-reading the meter at home, the difficulty of paying the fee,and the inaccuracy of the supply and marketing difference.Explosion-proof sign ExibIIBT3 Gb. It is applicable to Zone 1 and Zone 2, containing IIA-IIB and T1-T3 explosive gas mixture.
  • Functions and features

1. Adopt LoRaWAN wireless technology. Effectively increase the anti-interference ability of the

communication system and improve the accuracy of the received data.
2. The gas meter adopts the form of system prepayment. The valve switch of the gas meter is realized by the
command from the system platform.
3. Timing (once a day)(settable) and key wake-up to transfer data to the platform. It improves the response speed
of meter reading and reduces battery energy consumption.
4. When the voltage is low or abnormal,the LCD screen will automatically display the fault information, beep the
alarm, and close the valve.
5. It has a built-in antenna.The transmission signal is stable and reliable.
6. The platform can remotely check the user's gas consumption,battery usage,and remotely control the valve
switch of the gas meter.
7. It has the function of pulse signal open circuit self-inspection,which can effectively ensure the accuracy of gas
meter measurement.

  • Installation and usage considerations

1.The installation shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3836.15-2017 Explosive Atmospheres - Part 15: Design, Selection and Installation of Electrical Installations. The installation of meters shall be carried out by professionals of the gas company for initial installation and commissioning.

2. This product has undergone explosion-proof treatment and shall not be changed at will.

3. The product shall not be collided or severely impacted during transportation, and shall be protected from rain and sand.

4. This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place.

5. It is prohibited to detect leakage in case of open fire. When piloting fire, the air in the gas meter must be exhausted to prevent accidents.

6. When installing the battery, note that the side with the spring is the negative pole of the battery. The battery shall be replaced under the condition of good ventilation and no gas leakage.

7. Electrostatic hazard, so must be wiped with wrung wet cloth.
