On May 25th, personnel from the marketing department of TimeWave went to the "New Beacon International Community" in Hanyang District to conduct equipment operation verification, system training and online operation, and cooperated with the property staff to successfully complete the acceptance work.
Background of the project
"New Beacon International Community" is located on Fangcao Road, Hanyang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. This meter renovation is mainly aimed at commercial street shops, and needs to solve the pain points of difficult meter reading, charging and payment.
This project lasted 2 months from the signing of the contract, stock preparation to installation, commissioning and acceptance.
Step 1: The personnel of the marketing department collect the requirements of the property management units. Personnel from the O&M department conduct on-site surveys. After combining the pain points of property management and considering the installation environment and cost requirements, TimeWave Technology customized a LoRaWAN wireless meter reading charging solution for it;
Step 2: The production department prepares and delivers the products. Personnel from the O&M department enter the project site to install equipment;
Step 3: The O&M department opens an account online. At the same time, carry out system training and organize project acceptance.
After completed the installation of smart meters and the deployment of the "TimeWave Energy Supervision Platform" four-in-one information collection (meter reading) charging management system, prepaid recharge and mobile phone online payment can be realized, In terms of operation and management, the functions of power protection and power blackout in case of arrears are realized. At the same time, residents and tenants can independently query the consumption and payment information online, which greatly reduces the difficulty of management and operation of electricity and water by the property management.
